Letting Go the Old

I hope you are finding the strength you need as humanity journeys through this often difficult and painful time of deep cleansing - cleansing of the damage we have done to the Earth and to ourselves.

Many of the old systems are breaking down

But thankfully there are signs that healing is happening

I think it's useful to remind ourselves that each one of us is helping this healing. Like when a challenge faced brings understanding and compassion. Or joy and beauty is recognised in another being. Or a mind moves away from fear.... remembering that in our interdependence, every small loving positive thought, word or action contributes...

All part of the purification process

So in this spirit of releasing the old, I did a fire ceremony to burn the original Peace Messages written by around 30,000 people. These Messages had been taken and spoken out on the winds of the planet from far points... including North Pole. South Pole, Himalayas, Andes, Pacific, Africa... creating a six-pointed star... to hold our Earth in the light of peace

This month is the ideal time to let them go - the month the Tibetans call Saga Dawa when any prayer or message sent out for the greater good is traditionally believed to multiply a thousandfold
