Tibetan New Year

On 6th Feb, Skiing friends Ian McClelland, Steve Bowling, Lou Saddler and I climbed 500 vertical metres on skins to the Col de la Sana, the far side of La Grande Motte from Tignes, French Alps. From the ridge we had an entire empty valley - our own world - to ecstatically 'fly' down on skis making tracks in deep fluffy snow. Then up to Mont Roup and onwards down to the Manchet valley, Val D'Isere.

We climbed with the purpose of honouring the Tibetan New Year. This year it is represented by the Earth Pig who brings our planet the benefits of relaxation, acceptance and stress-free chilling! We sent out these blessings... And we now send them to you.

To put in effort with good purpose gives your heart wings.

Give your heart wings...
